Applying as a Sophomore or Junior Transfer Student
for the 2012-2013 School Year
STEP 1: Application & Documentation
Complete the 2012-2013 St. Francis Catholic HS Application available online pr PDF version
The following documentation must accompany your application:
- Copy of your Social Security card and birth certificate
- Health records (most recent physical and immunization records)
- Transcripts from grades 6-8
- Transcript from your high school
- Most recent standardized test scores (i.e. Iowa, FCAT)
- A copy of your discipline report
- A copy of any applicable Educational Plans (i.e. IEP, 504 academic plan, psychological test results)
- Two recommendations from core course teachers (i.e. math, science, social studies, and English)
- A copy of your Attendance Record

Please note that your application is considered complete and ready for review by the SFCHS Admissions Committee when all of the above paperwork is received.
STEP 2: Admissions Interview
Once we have received your completed application and reviewed the above items, an admissions interview with you and your parents is scheduled with Mr. Herrington, our principal.
STEP 3: Acceptance Letter
After the Admissions Interview, you and your parents will receive a letter informing you of your admission status. If accepted, registration material will be included at that time.
STEP 4: Registration
Please note: Registration packets must be completed and turned in at your Registration Appointment during the week of March 26-30, 2012

*St. Francis Cathoilc High School accepts senior transfers from Catholic high schools.
