Guidance 

Welcome to the Guidance Counseling Center!

As Guidance Counselors we are here to help and counsel our students on every aspect of their daily life at SFCHS.

Our office is always open to students, parents and staff. Students may request an appointment by signing on the Appointment Request Log at the entrance of the counseling center, or they may come to our office provided they are excused by the teacher.

Parents may call or email us at any time. 

COLLEGE COUNSELING

At SFCH we use a college planning program called NAVIANCE, the largest professional academic planning program in the world.

Through NAVIANCE the school can track the student's college plans. We want for every student to have a personalized and action oriented Naviance web page for achieving his or her goals.

SFCS can print reports based on Naviance data base on number of college applications, schools applied to, college admissions decisions and detailed information about each of its student's college plans.

Starting with the Senior Class, all students and parents will be given a registration code to Naviance.  Once the student begins to work on his personalized Naviance web page, the counselors and parents can keep track of their college plans.

SCHOOL COUNSELING

School Counseling goes beyong college counseling.  Counselors are available to discuss academic and personal problems the students may have.
